Mr. Karam Abdelzaher

Mr. Karam Abdul Zaher has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field and holds a Bachelor of Law from Ain Shams University and a postgraduate diploma in legal and Islamic Studies from Cairo University. Mr. Karam has worked in a number of major legal offices in Egypt, He also headed the legal department of a number of the investment companies through his office in Cairo. He also worked as a legal advisor to the major law firms in Kuwait through which he provided consultations to a number of local and regional companies in various legal matters (commercial, civil, administrative, labor and others). He has researches and studies through commenting on some articles of the Egyptian and Kuwaiti trade laws in comparison to the provisions of Islamic sharia and preparing legal research in some legal subjects supporting the rulings of the Kuwaiti Court of Cassation. Mr. Karam also has experience in the editing of all contracts, pleadings, appeals, and and the preparation of researches, studies and legal consultations in the various branches of law, in particular in the fields of civil, commercial, administrative, Labor and Capita; markets.
