Shamoil Ranijiwala being a qualified Attorney from India Bar Council since 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in 2007 and a Bachelor of Law in 2010 from the University of Pune, India. He is a part of the firm’s International Division, his practice focuses on business law and broad corporate/commercial practice. He has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients on cross border transactions, corporate governance, restructuring, M&A, agencies, licensing and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, partnerships both domestic and international.
